The question here is what can I do to be the best at an exhibition? We all want people to come to our space when we are showcasing at an exhibition. When they come to our space we want to leave a long lasting impression. At this moment you might be asking yourself, how can I do this?
The best way is to look different and give different types of promotional gifts such as stress balls, branded water bottles, lanyards, cell phone sox just to name a few. These help attract visitors to your stand. Your budget is the most important thing here, and if you want to have an impact you will need to be very strategic. This refers to selecting the perfect promotional gift. Try to shy away from the trends and look for something different. Think of something that will help the person attending your exhibition, at what will draw him to you. This can be a bag- people like to pick up samples and freebees around the exhibition and they will need a bag where they will put all these things. A colourful bag branded with your logo may grab attention and offer repeated exposure around.
You should try to establish who will be attending the exhibition and that will give you a clue as to what type of promotional gift to use or not to use.
Having a competition will be a good idea to draw the crowd to you exhibition space. It has always been said, people love freebees and winning things.
You also need to remember your exhibition space must look impressive and inviting. Make use of branded table cloths and banners. This will result in an attractive and client-friendly environment. The whole point of an exhibition is to create awareness and get potential clients, you then need to inform people about your organisation in an interesting and entertaining manner.
You staff should be presentable and in line with the theme of you exhibition design. Try getting matching corporate clothing for the staff that will be at the exhibition. Enquire about getting this clothing branded.

With all the above in place, you can stand by your space pull in potential clients
